• Aluminum framed home elevator glass landing door.
• Best solution for retrofitting of existing homes.
• Only 4” home elevator pit depth! This shallow residential lift pit depth is less challenging for architects and builders than traditional requirement of a minimum depth of 8 to 12 inches.

Classic: Construction or Drywall Hoistway Residential Home Elevator

• Construction or drywall hoistway for the home elevator layout drawing to be provided by others.
• Home lift cab interior made of wood or metal panels.
• Same aluminum framed home elevator glass landing door as our Crystal models.
• Ideal for new constructions. Retrofitting a residential elevator hoistway for existing homes would cause inconvenience to home owners structurally and for cleaning (dusty when construction hoistway is being built)
• Same 4” deep lift pit which leads the residential elevator industry.
